By making a payment or confirming a booking with Traveexo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1A. Booking Confirmation
A booking shall be deemed confirmed only upon receipt of the prescribed advance payment and written confirmation issued by Traveexo.
1B. Payment Schedule
The Guest shall make payments as follows:
- 30% of the Total Package Cost at the time of booking confirmation.
- 20% of the Total Package Cost at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
- Remaining 50% at least 07 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
1C. Payment Default
Time shall be of the essence in respect of all payment obligations. Failure to make payment on or before the committed due date shall entitle Traveexo, at its sole discretion and without any liability, to suspend, postpone, modify or terminate the booking and all associated services.
Any increase in package cost arising due to delayed payment, including hotel tariffs, transport charges, permits, Government taxes or operational expenses, shall be borne solely by the Guest.
1D. Quotation & Price Validity
The quotation is based on prevailing tariffs, taxes and Government regulations and remains subject to availability until the booking is confirmed.
Traveexo reserves the right to revise the quotation prior to confirmation in the event of any increase in hotel tariffs, transportation charges, fuel prices, permit fees, Government levies or operational costs.
1E. Final Commercial Terms
Upon confirmation of the booking, the package cost, inclusions, exclusions and commercial terms shall become final. No bargaining, negotiation, request for discount, price reduction or revision of commercial terms shall be entertained after booking confirmation.
1F. Booking Advance
The booking advance shall remain strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Cancellation fees are calculated based on the date written notice is received prior to departure date.
30+ Days prior: 90% refund or Credit Note issued minus nominal administrative charges.
15–29 Days prior: 50% cancellation charge applies.
Less than 15 Days / No Show: 100% cancellation charge applies. No refund.
Specific inclusions and exclusions are listed on each individual package voucher. Traveexo reserves the right to alter route sequences or substitute hotels due to weather conditions or operational logistics.
Guests must carry valid government-issued ID proofs. Travelers are expected to adhere to local culture, regulations, environmental guidelines and safety norms at all times.
Traveexo acts as an intermediary for third-party vendors (hotels, transporters, airlines). We accept no direct liability for injury, loss of luggage, delays or personal accidents during the tour.
Traveexo shall not be held responsible for disruption caused by natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, road blockades, land slides or government restrictions.
Personal data collected during booking will be kept strictly confidential and shared only with relevant service providers for operational compliance.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Siliguri, West Bengal.
